Snowbirds and seaside resorts surely go together but seaside resorts also go hand in hand with warm sandy beaches and vacations with the family. Some folks make the seaside their home while others make it their vacation. There are so many cities across North America that offer you a plethora of waterfront homes; lakeside and seaside. You can look at some PEI vacation rentals, east or west coast destinations in the United States, and even the same on Canada's east and west coasts.
Waterfront properties are for everyone, not just those snowbirds. If you think of it, water is used as a way to calm those under stress; those CDs with music and water noises in the background. If you are not convinced as yet then think of this! Long strolls on a quiet beach with the fresh clean wind blowing in your face, and your hair all ruffled by it all. Sitting on your balcony in the evening watching the sail boats glide quietly by and admiring the sun as it sets on the horizon. You could never experience any of this anywhere else.
